Frequently Asked Questions

  • The rate for services is $90/session for all modalities. A reduced rate of $80/session is available for clients who wish to pay with cash, Venmo, or HSA.
  • For your first appointment, you'll need to complete the appropriate modality form (2-page), and may need to also fill out additional forms if using insurance (auto insurance only).
  • Payment will be due at the time of your session unless you have made prior arrangements. Cash, Venmo, and credit cards are accepted. If you are using auto insurance, please contact me and your insurance company to make sure coverage for massage or CranioSacral therapy is accepted prior to your appointment. I no longer bill Insurance Companies directly, but can provide a receipt for your session which you can give to your insurance for reimbursement.
  • Standard sessions are one hour, beginning at the scheduled time, unless otherwise indicated. If this is your first appointment, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out an intake sheet unless you're able to bring forms you've printed from this website and filled out. Your session may occasionally run over a few minutes. Please let me know at the beginning of the session if you need to leave early.
  • If you need to cancel or change an appointment, I ask that you give me 24 hours notice, or payment in full is expected. Illness or serious family emergencies will be accommodated.
  • Confidentiality is very important. I understand that the success of treatment often relies on the trust that your session is private. I will not discuss your session or anything you say to me with anyone without your permission.
  • If you are uncomfortable at any time during a session, please let me know. Strong emotions may arise, and they are often essential for deep change. Please rely on the fact that I will support your process completely throughout treatment.
