Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis allows the subconscious mind to find awareness, making change a quick and dramatic possibility. Hypnosis helps to access the source of problems, bringing about a reconnection with dissociated emotions and disowned parts of self. Hypnotherapy utilizes developmental psychology in a powerful way to reach and heal the lonely, fearful, or abandoned “inner child.” Behavior modification techniques can then be used within the hypnotic state to effectively modify undesired behavior.

Note:
As hypnotherapy is usually desired to change a life-long or persistent belief and/or behavior(s), sessions are 1 1/2 hours, and consequently $110. rather than our usual $75/hr. fee. We ask that you commit to a series of three sessions as we have found that consecutive sessions create a more consistent and lasting message in the subconscious.
In addition, to help you clarify goals, steps you want to take, and your level of commitment, we will ask you to fill out pre-session forms to help you understand which of your existing beliefs or behaviors may be unconsciously sabotaging change.
